Blue Keg S.L., CIF B02668705, Paseo de la Castellana 95, Planta 28, 28046 Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@bluekeg.es.
What data we collect
- Quote and contact form: whether you are a buyer, supplier or logistics contact, your name, company, email address, country and the content of your message.
- Emails you send us: the information included in your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and to keep the website running.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in your messages.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your request, preparing quotes and offers | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| Managing an ongoing commercial relationship | Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| Website security and operation (server logs) | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) |
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to two years and then deleted. If we do business together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as required by law (for example, six years for accounting records under Spanish commercial law). Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the website and our communications, acting as data processors under contract:
- IONOS (website hosting, EU).
- Google (Google Workspace email, which receives form submissions and emails).
- Web3Forms (form delivery service that forwards form submissions to our email).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We may also disclose data to public authorities when legally required.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by emailing info@bluekeg.es. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
